Terminated California does not charge clients any fee for its service; instead, Terminated California conducts initial intake work and refers cases to California licensed attorneys for handling in exchange for a referral fee paid by the accepting law firms and approved by the client. The total legal fees paid by the client are not increased as a result of the payment of the referral fee. Terminated California is not certified as a Legal Referral Service and does not act as a certified legal referral service.
